The purpose of our Children's Ministry is to teach each little one to grow in life as Jesus did. The gospel of Luke shows us that when Jesus was growing as a child, He grew "in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men" (Lk. 1:52). So in our prayerful choice of a tried-and-true biblical curriculum, we are seeking to help each child to grow in the mind of Christ, the maturity of life, the respect of man and the reverence of God. In a word, this is what it means to "bring up children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord" (Eph. 6:4). Therefore, it is our goal to aid parents in teaching these precious little souls the truth of sound biblical teaching in an age-appropriate manner as if they were our very own.
